Job Description
Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting journey in collating, reporting, and certifying analysis data, along with overseeing sample receivals. If you thrive in a challenging environment and have a passion for meticulous data management, we want you on board for this Casual role.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure reporting of results to customers is accurate and on time
- Maintain harmonious relationships with clients and within the operation centre and Customer Care.
- Maintain customer database
- Generate, coordinate and distribute project documentation as required
- Provide monthly reports related to Client EOM Invoicing.
- Assist with Ad Hoc projects
- Data interpretation as well as Data Entry
- Sample dispatch
- Sample receipt
Qualifications
- Two years coal experience preferably within a laboratory environment
- Commercial document training
- Computer skills in Word & Excel.
- SGS use LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems). Training will be provided.
- Excellent time management skills to handle tight and pressured deadlines
- Dealing with problems and pressures form customer demand
- Excellent project management skills
- Complete all training material provided by SGS
