Representative Sports AssistantAbout the position
This position has responsibility for many aspects of the Sports Department and for providing a broad range of administrative support for the School, working closely with the Head of Sport and Coordinator of Student Activities.
Key Selection Criteria
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide a welcoming and high level of customer service and administrative skills.
- Well-developed administrative skills, including proficient use of information and communication
technologies (ICT) and the ability manage information accurately and efficiently. - Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks and be able to respond to change.
- The ability to work as a member of a team as well as work autonomously, when required.
- The ability to manage own workload, meet deadlines and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Previous experience working within or involvement with sports programmes and competition.
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all levels.
- Knowledge and experience working within a school environment (desirable but not essential).
