$100,000/ $120,000 package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside strategic advisors to develop programs, systems and processes to enhance First Nations engagement procedures, focusing on cultural capability and strategic alignment.
- Research and develop strategic policies for client-first Nations engagement.
- Conduct assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in workflows and processes.
- Create, organise, and maintain essential documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all communication and project materials.
- Ensure all documents meet high standards for clarity and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed reports as needed, showcasing strong data organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in developing and drafting policy and user guides.
- The ability to undertake research, analysis and review of complex policies across various stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience.
- Strategic thinking to develop effective, long-term strategies aligned with our goals.
- Proficiency in document management tools and techniques.
- Project management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent policy writing experience.
- Proven experience in organizational development, strategic planning, or document management.
- Familiarity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander policies, engagement, cultures, and communities advantageous.
