The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team at the Respiratory Research@Alfred and be a part of ground-breaking research in respiratory and sleep medicine! We're seeking a Research Assistant to contribute to the innovative NOTE-FY project funded by The Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF).
With a focus on interstitial lung disease, this project aims to revolutionize patient care through real-time telemonitoring and nocturnal oxygen therapy. As a key member of the Khor Group, you'll conduct cutting-edge clinical research, develop study protocols, analyse data, and contribute to manuscript preparation.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline
- A background in respiratory medicine, sleep medicine or cardiovascular disease
- Experience in clinical research, in particular adhering to study protocols, ethics and governance, and good clinical practice guidelines
- Experience in qualitative research
- Ability to solve complex problems with well-developed planning and organisational skills
- Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills with proven ability to produce clear, succinct reports and documents
