Based on the Central Coast, our client specialises in market, community and social research projects for local and state government. They are a mid-sized market research company. They have our own call centre, field interviewers, and online survey capabilities.
The role
As a Research Executive you will be responsible for project management and supporting the team with designing and undertaking primary and secondary research to support projects.
You will be assisting with preparation of research tools for a variety of research, community engagement and strategy projects, including surveys, focus group guides and interview guides.
You will work closely with the field team monitoring project progress.
In your daily role you will be organising, coding and analysing quantitative and qualitative data in Q or SPSS, stakeholder interviews, focus group discussions and written submissions.
Knowledge and experience
- 5+ years of work experience
- Expertise in Q and SPSS
- Strong problem solving and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
