Matching contemporary urban style with welcoming service Ibis World Square offers 166 rooms with a great central city location, on historic Pitt Street near the Capitol Theatre, enticing public wholesale and corporate business.
Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:- Input and process all reservations via our hotel PMS (opera cloud) and using Accor’s RESAweb
- Responding to guest calls ensuring an outstanding guest experience
- Have fun in selling our rooms, with a positive approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and rates
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
- A desire to listen to others stories and look for opportunities to make them feel special
- A sound knowledge & application of the Opera system or similar Reservations system
- A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational & time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
