Reservation Agent

Holiday Inn Darling Harbour is located in Haymarket, next to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Darling Square and Paddy's Market. 

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Reservations Team on a Part-Time basis.

Job Scope

▪ Handle reservation and administration duties for all markets and segments. 

▪ Primary Responsibilities Including but not limited to: 

• Handle and process individual and group reservations. 

• Where directed, handle and process group and series booking, including taking booking, appropriate follow-up and rooming lists. 

• Maintain an efficient administration system, including record keeping, filing and guest history. 

• Carry out other duties requested from time to time by Reservations  Manager; 

• Develop close working relationships with all business suppliers. 

• To achieve a level of service and product quality that consistently meets the expectations of guests, internal customers and Intercontinental Hotels Group standards.
