The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Reservationist to join our exceptional team on a casualor full-time basis. The ideal candidate would be someone with prior reservations experience who is eager to develop in their career. This role would entail working autonomously and being detail-orientated with exceptional written and verbal communication. This position requires weekend work.

The Responsibility  

• Handling incoming reservation inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain an excellent guest experience, ensuring all customer needs are met
• Manage bookings via booking system SevenRooms
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally 
• Process deposits and monitor voucher purchases 
• Communicate with the broader teams in advance regarding any guests special requests

The Prerequisites 

• Previous experience in reservations or customer service 
• Previous experience or knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Availability to work weekends 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills 
• The ability to work autonomously on delegated tasks
• Detailed-orientated and ability to multitask  
• Previous experience with SevenRooms program will be highly regarded
