The Thredbo Reservatios Centre is looking for a Reservations Consultant who will be primarily responsible for daily reservations office duties, including taking reservations via phone, email and online, answering general questions about the resort and ensuring the guests’ needs are met before, during, and after their stay

If you’re up for an exciting opportunity to:
- Ensure that optimal levels of customer service are achieved during all client interactions.
- Handle reservations – Telephone, email, internet and front counter reservations of Thredbo Resort Centre supplier’s self-serviced accommodation products.
- Maintain and improve systems – Regularly update reservations systems with property availability, rates and packages.
- Manage daily/weekly tasks
- Manning the front desk in the Thredbo Information Centre as required
Experience and skills:
- Experience in a customer service role
- A co-operative, positive and professional attitude
- Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities autonomously
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
