WesTrac is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to lead our Construction Industry (CI) sales team based at our Perth Airport Branch. As the Construction Business Manager, you’ll be leading a team of Account and Customer Support Managers responsible for capital and aftermarket sales across a specified territory and market segment.
Drive growth, foster customer relationships, and maintain our status as the go-to choice for equipment solutions.

To be successful the following is required:
- Tertiary qualification in either a commercial, engineering or marketing discipline; OR significant demonstrated commercial and business experience
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
- Have advanced leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise at a high level and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence positive outcomes
- Be able set and clearly communicate business targets and expectations aligned with WesTrac values
