AddressReporting directly to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, the Reservations Manager holds a pivotal role in overseeing room inventory for Mercure Sydney (517 rooms) and ibis Sydney World Square (166 rooms). This position entails fervently training and guiding our team towards success, alongside maintaining the seamless functioning of day-to-day operations within the Reservations department. We seek an individual with exceptional leadership and motivational capabilities, coupled with the aptitude to collaborate closely with various departments to achieve the objectives of both hotels.
