Job DescriptionReservations Sales Agents are responsible for assisting guests with reservation enquiries. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, proven experience within a quality establishment and above all else, pride yourself on your ability to exceed both the guest expectations and hotel standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Providing efficient and professional service to all guests via email and phone
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions.
- Processing reservations and updating guest profiles
- Attending to guest's requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
Qualifications- Have a minimum 12 months experience in an administrative or front office role
- Be highly organised and able to effectively manage priorities
- Initiate contact and establish rapport easily
- Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation/interpersonal skills
- Handle tasks carefully and correctly
- Be a good team player; contribute to and assist co-workers
