Our evolution has been significant, growing from a small joint venture to a thriving ASX-listed property group that leads the way in sustainability, innovation, safety and placemaking.Our opportunityAs a Resident Services Ambassador, be the face of LIV, a go-to person for the on-site team and the first point of contact for customers. The working hours for this role will be 6pm - 2am.Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the property, residents, and guests during the evening shift.
• Management of all areas of the property including maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring communal spaces are well presented and well stocked and parcel room is tidy and organised.
• Management of Incidents, co-ordinating with emergency services and escalating to senior management and where necessary,
• Answering the main line and directing inquiries, taking messages, or responding to customers where appropriate
• Nightly Auditing of the resident management system (StarRez).
• Meeting and greeting residents and visitors, accepting package deliveries
• Manning front desk enquiries including logging new cases or complaints and allocation to appropriate team members for resolution
• Database management including capturing of front line customer insights and entering and updating customer data
• Monitoring cases & complaints in system to ensure all customer queries are dealt with promptly
• Assisting with raising quotes, purchase orders & invoices

• Real estate experience or similar highly transferable skill set from another reception or administration role.
