Our opportunity

As a Resident Services Ambassador, you will initiate resident interaction and address their needs while assisting daily prospect follow up and assign leasing activities. The agent is the face of the property, conversing with our residents and getting to know their names is our first commitment in ensuring resident satisfaction.

This is a 5 month fixed term contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly interact with residents, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
  • Uphold service and public area presentation standards in line with brand and property specifications.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the property, its services, facilities, and the surrounding community.
  • Actively engage with residents and visitors, ensuring satisfaction and consistency with our service and product deliveries as per tenancy agreements.
  • Resolve resident issues effectively and professionally, with timely escalation and follow-up communication.
  • Proactively interact with residents to identify and implement opportunities for improving property services and products.
  • Prepare apartments for inspections and new move-ins according to brand standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with residents to schedule events, amenity bookings, inspections, and move-in/out arrangements.
  • Enhance resident community programs to maximise satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain communication to a professional standard, focusing on solutions.
  • Support all property functions, particularly Maintenance and Leasing, to ensure seamless resident communications.
  • Supervise residents within the property, ensuring compliance with lease rules and conditions.
  • Identify and report health and safety risks and potential hazards, facilitating timely rectification.
  • Maintain a professional image and property presentation to positively represent the brand and community.
  • Assist with projects or perform additional duties as required, adhering to Mirvac's "Next Level" customer experience platform and providing timely feedback responses.

Your point of difference

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, customer service or property management.
  • Real Estate License (assistant agents)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong relationship management capabilities.
  • Proficient with property management software (StarRez, Salesforce desired) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
