We are calling for energetic experienced Administration officer to join our vibrant team at our Aged Care Facility Alkira Gardens, perform administrative and reception tasks and provide support for our management team, residents and families & friends.
This position is located at 2 Animbo Street Miranda NSW 2228
Part time
Monday - Friday
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Reception tasks
- Visitor booking and screening and reporting
- Office administration and clerk duties such as minutes, typing, data entry, filing, archiving, distribution and posting/displays.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Attend to room enquiries and follow up
- Orders, delivery, invoicing
- Communication both internally and externally to facilitate operation needs
- Resident finance & movement, staff movement, roster, timesheets
- Assistance to management team
- Ad-hoc duties as per business needs
Office Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or associate’s degree and above.
- Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
- Ability to write clearly and help with Word processing tasks (English).
- Warm personality with strong communication skills (English).
- Mature, responsible and willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritising task and multitasking
- Good level of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills
- Familiar with Social Medias and online environment
- A good team player
- Aged Care experience and/or qualification a big plus
