The Client:

A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Residential Facility Manager to join a leading Aged Care provider who are values and purpose driven with a commitment to meeting the needs of their residents. This role requires an experienced leader who with support from management will deliver excellence through day to day operational management of this beautifully appointed facility.

Key responsibilities :

• Day to day operational management of the medium sized facility
• Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services
• Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation
• Lead, manage staff to continue to achieve high standards
• Achieve clinical and operational KPIs and maintain standards of care delivery
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Actively meet performance targets in line with financial and human resource guidelines
• Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager working within residential Aged Care
• AHPRA Registration and strong clinical background
• Responsbile for AN-ACC and occupancy
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards/Governance
• Understanding of day to day operational management of a facility
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Change management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
