Community Manager – Busselton
An exciting opportunity exists for a Community Manager to join Capecare and lead our homecare team. This is a great opportunity for an RN/Allied Health professional aiming to secure a permanent full-time position in the beautiful Southwest. This pivotal leadership role will manage teams providing care and services for our Home Care Package Clients. This includes oversight of clinical care and package management and supervising a multidisciplinary team to provide support to clients to allow them to remain independent in their own home and community.
The successful applicant will have the ability to translate organisational strategies into operational objectives and coach and positively influence the established and capable team of health professionals. Managing competing deadlines in a changing environment will form part of the applicant’s expertise.
To be successful in this role you will align with our values and:
- Registered Nurse or an Allied Health professional with current AHPRA registration.
- Post Graduate qualifications in related field would be seen as beneficial.
- Previous experience in Aged Care or related field.
- Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and capable of being responsive to operational needs at short notice.
- Experience in leading and developing high performing teams.
- Experience in budget management and oversight with the ability to manage resource allocations while balancing business priorities.
