About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and creative Designer to join our Gold Coast team working with the award winning Villaworld Homes brand.
In this role you will:
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated Design team under our Villaworld Homes brand
- Engage with key stakeholders to develop design briefs
- Produce and present high quality concept designs using your design flare and 3D rendering skills
- Help co-ordinate and deliver well-designed and well-built housingsolutions across different product types
- Engage with industry experts and suppliers regarding market trends and product innovation
We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of industry experience in residential Design & Drafting including:
- Front end concept design and design development, including medium density
- High quality presentation and 3D rendering skills
- Production drafting and detailing in volume housing
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and construction methods
- Strong REVIT skills are a must
