The role is all about delivering exceptional results for both tenants and owners.A snapshot of the role:
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property
- Manage move-ins/outs and loading dock
- Inspect buildings for non-compliance and track maintenance schedules
- Attend committee meetings, prepare reports and make recommendations
- Provide superior levels of customer service

- An understanding of building trades and contract negotiations will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience within a similar property role or hospitality/hotels background is ideal
