Infinity Community Solutions Ltd. (ICS) is a boutique secular social purpose organisation, motivated to make a difference in the lives of individuals. Our residential Care Program provides a therapeutic placement intervention (residential setting) for children, young people and their families. We are a growing, dynamic, child-safe organisation that is looking for hard-working, child-centred staff who want to make a difference to the lives of those we support.
Our SA office is in Thebarton, which is where part of the role will be carried out when not at your allocated programs.
About the role
This role provides operational leadership and coordination across the Care Team for ICS residential services, specialising in the area of children and young people with complex behavioural support needs. The role is busy and demanding, and the successful candidate will be agile, highly organised and solution-focused, with an eye for detail and a good understanding of trauma and attachment. There is an on-call component to the role.

Skills and experience
- A minimum Diploma qualification in Community Services, or related discipline (preferred tertiary degree in in Social Work, Psychology or other related discipline)
- Significant experience in providing high-level care services for children/young people in and out of home-care settings, including Residential Care
- Leadership experience within a social welfare context including structured supervision and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated intermediate ability to use computer IT systems including MS Word and Excel
- South Australian P2 or above Driver Licence
- Possess / obtain a current Working with Children Check (SA & Qld)
- Possess / obtain a ‘suitable’ Statement of Psychological Suitability
- Ability to apply for any other legislatively required personal history screening as required
