We are searching for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. As an integral member you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing accurate cost estimates. From initial concept to final completion, your skill set will help us deliver high-quality homes that exceed our clients' expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following,
- Minimum 2 - 3 years residential estimating experience with a Custom/Boutique Builder is essential
- Diploma or Tertiary qualifications in construction and estimating highly recommended
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is essential
- Ability to understand and interpreted construction plans is essential
- Work productively unsupervised for extended periods of time
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for high-Specification Residential Construction projects including purchase orders and job variations.
- Thoroughly review construction documents to identify project requirements, specifications, and potential cost implications.
- Assist with maintaining and updating digital construction files
- Prepare and deliver professional consultative solution-based sales & project meeting in person and virtually with clients
- Support supervisors with on-site tasks and construction management activities
- Certification and council lodgments
