About the Role
The Residential In-Reach Project Lead is responsible for conducting an initial assessment and scoping process to design and plan a Residential In-Reach Program. This role involves identifying the needs, goals, and resources required to establish an effective in-reach program within a residential community or housing facility. The primary objective is to develop a comprehensive plan that addresses the unique needs of residents and enhances their overall quality of life
Employment Type: This is a Fixed-Term, Part Time positon working (0.6FTE) 24 hours per week until 31st May 2024.
