The Role:

• 1st in charge position at this modern RAC home
• Clinical support from a Care Manager, CCC & RNs
• Further support from Head Office with Quality Specialists, Admin & HR
• The home is stable and well-run with no compliance issues 
• Recently accredited aged care residence

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership skills as a DON/ Facility Manager 
• Proven ability to oversee operations & performance of the home
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards 
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Registered Nurse with AHPRA Reg
