- Lead a diverse team, managing performance, workforce planning and other HR practices
- Ensure your home complies with the Aged Care standards
- Work closely with your leadership team and frontline staff to ensure a positive, friendly, helpful and engaged culture exists
- Responsible for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction and performance
- Ensure the efficient operational and financial management of the home
- A hands-on approach to your role with a focus on communication and leadership
- AHPRA Registered (Preferred but no essential)
- Experience in Aged Care Advantageous
- Demonstrated capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team
