What this job involves:

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Building Manager to join onsite at a residential precinct based in Zetland! The role is all about delivering exceptional results for both tenants and owners.

A snapshot of the role:

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property
• Manage move-ins/outs and loading dock
• Inspect buildings for non-compliance and track maintenance schedules
• Attend committee meetings, prepare reports and make recommendations
• Provide superior levels of customer service

• Ability to think outside the box and work with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and further develop your career within property
• An understanding of building trades and contract negotiations will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience within a similar property role or hospitality/hotels background is ideal
