Residential Manager- Relocate

Opportunity to manage two aged care homes within a NFP organisation outside Adelaide. A lot of support and reputable organisation.

Reporting to a Regional Manager, you will have oversight of the general running of two small homes 4 hours outside Adelaide.
This is a great opportunity for a sea change, on the coast with a fantastic NFP aged care group.
In this role you will be well supported by a strong clinical team (CM, CN, RN, EN, PCA) and will be overseeing the general running of the two facilities.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Registered Nurse (DIV 1)
• Experience leading an aged care facility
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Up to date with the changing environment of Aged Care
• Great understanding of aged care legislation
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Organised and an ability to use online systems
