In this role, you'll:
- Be part of a close-knit team building beautiful, sustainable homes in a controlled factory environment.
- Master the art of modular construction, using your painting skills to expertly paint prefabricated buildings and homes.
- Work with brush, roller, and spray. The role includes all painting works from external, and internal for our modular Built Homes, and various other painting tasks.
- Maintain a laser focus on quality and efficiency, ensuring every module meets our rigorous standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven painting skills and experience, ideally in new builds, or a production or factory setting.
- A strong understanding of optimal painting techniques, for the best result and best efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently and independently within a team environment.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for building quality homes.
