The Opportunity
Bring your previous reception experience and positive energy to warmly meet and greet clients, process incoming and outgoing mail, monitor office supplies while also providing high quality administrative support to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Update and maintain client database
- Appointment scheduling and calendar maintenance
- Preparation and lodgement of Tax Returns
- Provide administrative support to Accountants
- Building client relationships
- General office administration duties
About You:
- A minimum of 1 year public practice accounting experience
- Professional phone manner and presentation
- Outstanding customer service
- A positive “can do attitude”
- Highly organized and strong ability to multitask
- A willingness to learn
- Strong computer knowledge
