SalaryThe Role:
- Work closely with the Project Manager and management team.
- Comprehensive project and site management.
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads and tasks.
- Manage trades both direct and sub contracted
- Keep clients regularly informed on the progress on site.
- Resolve any problems and disputes in a prompt manner.
- Manage the work health and safety on site.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager
- Custom residential homes, unit and town house experience desired.
- Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent
- Practical onsite skills in carpentry, concreting etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
- Australian working rights.
