RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR (LIVE-IN), GIRLS BOARDING
St Philip’s College is seeking expressions of interest for a responsible and nurturing Live-In Residential Supervisor for the Girls Boarding House. The Residential Supervisor’s primary role is to support the academic, social, and emotional well-being of boarding students.
Residential Supervisors must communicate effectively with students and staff to develop positive relationships and create an engaging ‘home away from home’, ensuring our students feel safe, respected, and encouraged.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be available to work various weekday evenings and weekend shifts. Accommodation is provided.
This role requires:
Previous experience working with young people preferred
Ability to be respectful, firm, fair, and consistent in the delivery of discipline when required
A valid Working with Children (Ochre Card) for the NT, or the ability to obtain
