We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Resource Planner to join our growing team in our Mackay office. We are seeking someone well presented, with a positive professional attitude that will enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a minimum on 2 years’ experience in this functions.

Responsibilities of Role:
- Complete recruitment process for new candidates including company onboarding processes this includes but isn't limited to interviewing, reference checking.
- Work closely with management to ensure understanding of project onboarding and mobilisation requirements.
- Planning and scheduling of resources to meet operation, shutdown and project requirements.
- Communicate Project information, including job confirmations, to crews
- Maintaining master rosters
- Booking of accommodation for employees on projects.
- Assisting with project travel arrangements
- Support the Training team through the mobilisation process, ensuring timely completion of the site (job ready) requirements.
- Support employees with after-hours correspondence.
To be suitable for these roles you will hold the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role – Highly Desirable
- Strong knowledge of site training and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self starter with good time management skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills essential
- Diligent and dedicated commitment to completing tasks and achieving set out goals
- Familiarity with client systems such as LMS SuccessFactors, Pegasus, LAMMP, BISTrainer - Preferred.
- C Class Driver’s License
