About our role:At WGA we are lucky to have been able to develop our National teams across a variety of sectors and one such success story is the Industrial sector in QLD. In under 3 years we have established strong Ports & Marine, Defence Infrastructure, Buildings, Civil and Mechanical and Process capability however this is only just the beginning. To continue this sustainable growth we are looking for an established leader to bring technical capability, project deliver, client interaction and personnel mentoring to our Resources design team.
About you:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering
- Mechanical, Electrical, Structural or Process Engineering design background ideally within a Consulting environment
- A track record of developing key industry relationships and the ability to develop new business and support a multi-disciplined engineering team
- Proven experience or desire to develop a team of highly performing project delivery personnel
- A passion for delivering high quality projects and engineering solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations
- A supportive management and mentoring style and excellent communication skills
