About the role: Field Team Supervisor
We are looking to employ an experienced supervisor to work across our expanding project portfolio in South East Queensland. Your experience day-to-day will include:
- Running toolbox safety meetings to explain the day’s work
- Communicating with team members and project managers to deliver project outcomes
- Creating a supportive and productive team environment
- Receiving daily rosters and preparing equipment and vehicles for the next day
- Liaising with clients as required to ensure best possible outcomes
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience:
Essential experience:
- Experience working in either landscape/horticultural industry or ecological restoration
- Cert III in Conservation & Land Management or more
- Highly experienced in identifying native and exotic plants
- Construction industry white card or similar
- ACDC or Chemsmart license
- Driver's license and own transport
Desirable experience:
- Leadership/management experience
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience working with plant and equipment (excavator/positrack)
- 4WD experience
