Take ownership of the restaurant and drive results through rostering, waste control and staff management.

About the Role:

• Take full ownership of a QSR restaurant ensuring all aspects are running to a high standard.
• Complete and maintain weekly duties such as rostering, recruitment, stock management and restaurant compliance.
• Ensure the guest experience is kept to a high standard.
• Responsible for key business metrics and KPIs such as labour, COGs and sales targets.
• Engage and lead community-based programs aimed to give back and support local community groups.

About You:

• 2+ years leading teams in a fast paced environment
• Hospitality experience and a passion for the industry
• Ability to analyse and interpret reports and results and implement initiatives to drive success and change.
• A desire to drive high customer satisfaction and great food quality.
• Positive attitude with a solution focused mindset.
