The Venue
A medium sized Mediterranean restaurant that has undergone a recent renovation and is now seeking a hands on and experienced manager to join the group. The restaurant is a contemporary and approachable venue with a team that is passionate about the customer experience.
The Role
In this role you will need to be a hands on, passionate team leader that fosters a great culture and professional yet enjoyable work environment.
You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Assistant manager or highly skilled supervisor background
- Have a strong passion for food and beverages
- Great bar skills would be an advantage
- Be able to lead and motivate a team
- Have good financial understanding and knowledge
- Understand all operations, open and close procedures, licensing and reporting
- Come with above average service skills and are able to develop your teams standards and abilities
- Above all, you are passionate for the industry and this is a calling, not a job
