Liberty Industrial has secured a four year demolition project in the Northern Territory and is seeking candidates for a Scheduler role. The position is perfect for an experienced Scheduler or someone who wants to develop their skills whilst gaining exposure in the demolition industry. Candidates with advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 will be highly regarded. This role will see you working a 2 weeks on, one week off roster, with your week off paid.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the P6 contract programme;
- Create and update the 3-week lookahead programme, internal target programme and contract programme;
- Determining progress based on completion of site activities for quantity and man-hour reports;
- Report to the Project Director and Project Manager on matters of project progress, time, cost and contractual deliverables;
- Assisting in the preparation of internal and client weekly and monthly reports, including programme updates and S-curve;
- Ensure adherence to client document control requirements;
- Liaise with the client professionally and courteously.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and P6;
- Experience in the role of Scheduler;
- The desire to be involved in the on-site execution activities, including site walks with the Site Supervisor and Project Engineers to confirm progress and programme updates;
- Deadline driven with the ability to prioritise tasks;
- A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills;
- Accurate and attentive to detail;
- A team player with the ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously;
- 5+ years Planning/Scheduling experience; and
- Experienced in construction, mining, or related industry is an advantage.
The successful candidate must undergo full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and Federal Police Check prior to employment.
