Bright and creative cocktails sit alongside a handpicked selection of local beers on tap, and a well-constructed wine list, featuring a strong representation of local wineries by the glass.
Some essentials to be successful in this role;
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring efficient service, impeccable cleanliness, and adherence to all health and safety standards.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise revenue generation, driving profitability.
- Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive exceptional service and memorable dining experiences that align with Applejack's high standards and values.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop talent, promoting career growth and enhancing our team's skills and capabilities.
- Expansion: Play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, helping to identify and evaluate future leaders and business ideas.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with our marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies and initiatives to attract and retain customers.
