Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager for Woolloongabba QLD.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards for food and service
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service
- Collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menus that appeal to target customers and align with the restaurant's brand
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Prior experience achieving KPIs and driving profitability
- Great customer service experience as a manager
- Strong leadership skills and motivation to lead a young team through goal-setting
- Acute financial management skills
