About the role
This is a hands on role and you will be responsible of all aspects of running the restaurant including delivering exceptional service, building an amazing culture and the general day to day operations of this high-profile venue.
With an emphasis on keeping the expert team engaged you will lead, coach and develop the existing team. You will also be required to ensure consistency, keep up the team morale in a busy high end setting. You will have a focus on guest, service, team and a positive, growth-focussed mind-set.
What you need
- Minimum 2 years experience in busy fine dining leadership roles, hatted or Michelin experience highly regarded
- A history in leading high-end, high volume and high performing teams
- Lots of energy and good positive approach
- Attentive and precise service standards
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
- Have a calm presence but dynamic service style that suits a busy yet slick environment
- Drive to succeed and grow within the restaurant group
