About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and overall guest flow
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service

Guest Experience:

• Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally

Team Leadership:
