Qualifications & Experience:
AQF Diploma including at least three years of experience.
Task and Duties include (but not limited to)

• Monitor inventory levels and purchases to stay within budget.
• Coach on correct food safety procedures.
• Analyze inventory to meet specific customer profiling.
• Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Verify accuracy of inventory and orders with Product Quality manager.
• Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
• Identify training needs and assist with training programs.
• Review employees to determine effective training tactics.
• Set employee expectations.
• Assist with mentoring and shadowing for staff development.
• Prepare and control the store's budget for efficiency.
• Deal with customer complaints to maintain reputation.
• Inspect store areas and resolve issues.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events.
• Stay updated on market trends for store improvements.
• Analyze sales reports and make forecasts.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Identify changing needs of customers, employees, and systems for innovative solutions.
• Identify local market trends and develop market plans.
• Represent the organization at official occasions and liaise with McDonald's brand.
