Slim's Quality Burger is seeking a QSR experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Kippa-Ring! We make fresh, made-to-order burgers, hand-cut chips, and decadent ice cream. The venue is bright and bold with an open kitchen highlighting our products' freshness and attention to detail. We've been open for almost a year. In addition to a well-established team of workers, you will be led by the location's highly experienced General Manager.

Job Description
You are an integral player in the restaurant's performance and directly impact its success. What we need from you is the desire to learn and grow in your new role and beyond. This role is positioned to quickly springboard the right person into one of many elevated positions within the company.
This is a hands-on position that requires you to roll up your sleeves and get on with it. Providing guidance and leadership are key functions of these positions. Restaurant Managers should know that hospitality is all about people first and product second, so making connections with our customers and the team is the number one priority.
We’ll provide you with the tools to smoothly operate your restaurant, allowing time to develop your skills. We have opened multiple locations this year and the team is expanding quickly. We expect that you develop your skills and grow within our group to your highest ability.
