The role:
Take control as RESTAURANT MANAGER and manage all customer service aspects of this brand new restaurant, scheduled to open June 2024; role start date in April 2024. Large front of house team of up to 40. Great structure already in place across the group, so you won't have to reinvent the wheel, just make sure everything is in place and operating smoothly.
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Lead front of house team; instill excellent customer service standards in this premium, fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Great food & wine knowledge
- Handle rostering and labor cost analysis
- Mentor, train and develop all front of house staff
- Manage budgets, costs and safety protocols
- Possess strong presentation, communication and time management skills
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
