Address Looking for dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager for a fun Hotel/Pub/Restaurant up the central coast!
Experience in:
• Relevant Diploma qualification and/or 2-3 years of relevant employment experience;
• Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
• Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
• Must work well in a team environment;
• Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
• Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• pubs and gaming (including TAB and Keno)
• RSA/RCG
• Communicating with licensing
• Reporting directly to licensee/General manager

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Budgewoi, NSW 2262: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Salary between $70 000 - $80 000 plus super depending on experience.
