About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and overall guest flow
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service
Guest Experience:
- Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally

Team Leadership:
