AddressBambini Trust is an Italian fine dining restaurant located on Elizabeth Street Sydney CBD. We are searching for someone able to successfully run and manage shifts. All while working with a large team, in a fun, busy and CBD location.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.

- Able to run a shift and manage a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to close the venue
- Lead a dynamic and motivated team
- Perform all aspects of restaurant service to the highest standard
- Be able to run a busy service and maintain high standards
- Excellent presentation and professionalism
- Always in the detail with great communication skills
- Honest and Authentic restaurant and venue management
- Solid understanding of food and beverages
- Positive can-do attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours consisting of both day and nights
