Calaveras Mexican Cantina & Tequila bar is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager. We are searching for someone able to successfully run and manage a shift, and has the ability to close the venue. All while working with a large team, in a fun, busy and idyllic location.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.

• Able to run a shift and manage a high-volume restaurant
• Ability to close the venue
