About The PositionWe are seeking a dynamic
Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our esteemed team. Ballarat, renowned for its Victorian architecture and vibrant arts scene, offers a unique blend of culture and community living, making it an ideal place to call home.
Position Description- Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant and Bar
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience
- Manage inventory, budgets, and staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- Coordinate and oversee special events, private functions, and catering services to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
Position Requirements- Previous experience in Restaurant and Bar management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
