Restaurant Manager
Located in the heart of Kalgoorlie, De Bernales Tavern is popular with locals and tourists alike. Offering quality restaurant meals, great service and live entertainment.
We are looking for an experienced manager who can work closely with our team and provide continuity and leadership to our already successful operation. Working closely with our Head Chef to coordinate the activities of the Venue.
The successful applicant will be required to work a mix of days, nights and weekends.
Job Description:
• planning menus in consultation with Chefs
• planning and organising special functions
• arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
• maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
• conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
• selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
• may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $70,000.00 – $74,950.00 per year
