About the RoleResponsibilities:
- Leading teams across our Online department to put team and customers first through the day-to-day management of online orders
- Managing and distributing online orders to the team of Personal Shoppers
- Working cohesively across our Grocery & Fresh Departments
- Being an advocate for accurate picking and substitutions
- Ability to pivot and focus on achieving order windows and targets
- Strong focus on OH&S and safety
- Delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Online team

This full-time salaried role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends.
